Reporting directly to Chief Executive Julian Hartley as a key member of his executive team, you will provide visionary strategic leadership for digital and information services. You will be an exceptional, strategic CDIO with an unquestionable reputation for defining and delivering innovative and far reaching digital and information strategies in support of clinical excellence in the NHS.  To this end, you will be credible at all levels, from ward to Board and an inspiring leader of people, able to define and implement transformative change whilst creating the conditions for continuous improvement.

You will be an exceptional leader of people. You will operate with high levels of integrity and drive, whilst exploiting your first class commercial and technical skill sets to deliver required outcomes for the Trust.  With clear personal expertise, you will be entrepreneurial, able to think laterally to deliver clever solutions to a broad range of challenges and opportunities.  A talented relationship builder, you will also be able to forge strong working relationships and alliances with a range of partners and suppliers to secure cooperation for change, ultimately delivering a technology and informatics architecture that puts the patient at the heart of activity whilst supporting our world class teams to deliver optimum outcomes for the people we treat.
